Looking for a realtor to assist you in finding the home of your dreams? Look no further than Tim Bostwick. There is no amount of praise I could heap on this man that would do him justice, but I'm going to try anyway. From the onset of the home-search to sitting down at the settlement table and getting the keys, hes truly right there with you every step of the way. Tim is a people person, he gets a sense of exactly who you are and exactly what you are looking for and he wont stop until he finds it for you. Each house you visit that doesnt meet the mark isnt viewed as a waste of time, but rather a learning experience for the next time out. We never could have imagined a better experience and that all goes back to Tim. The company uses a portal that constantly feeds houses into your inbox based on your criteria (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, etc). For a lot of realtors, I imagine that would be enoughaEUR| but not for Tim. He will hand-pick houses that fall outside of that criteria that he thinks could be a good fit based on what hes learned about you. After your offer is accepted, he will constantly keep you informed. Hes there to lift you up with good news and also to put out fires when you hit an obstacle. It all goes back to how Tim actually cares about you and doesnt just see you as another number. Again, I cant sing his praises enough, hes an absolute pleasure to work with and you can rest assured that choosing Tim as your realtor is going to end up being one of the best choices you ever made.
