We worked with Corinne for 6 months to find our dream home in Maine as we relocated from NH. Throughout our interactions, Corinne was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the local area, and pro-active in property searches. She went above and beyond for us - trekking through knee deep snow in the winter looking for land to sweating in a mask in the sun as we closed during COVID in the spring. Corinne is AMAZING to work with and if you want to work with an agent that cares about what you are looking for, listens carefully to what you want, and is responsive and gets to know you, then you will be as happy as we were to have found her! A hidden gem for sure. SPOILER ALERT: she left a bottle of Prosecco in our refrigerator to help us celebrate our new home - so very thoughtful! :-)

It was such a pleasure working with Joey as first-time home buyers. It can't be overstated how important it was to work with a professional we felt we could always trust and rely on for honest advice, especially when the path to home ownership was such new (and scary!) territory. Joey made the process as painless as possible, and was always available to answer every question, and calm us down whenever we started to feel overwhelmed. The efforts he made to be available to us, and to recommend and direct us toward any extra resources we needed (i.e. home inspectors), are what enabled us to move into the house we had our eyes on from day one. The market for what we wanted was very competitive and Joey's efforts gave us a huge advantage, and ultimately landed us our dream home!
