I have bought and sold over 22 houses and condominiums in my lifetime, and I have to say I have never met a more competent and professional real estate person in my entire career of buying and selling homes. She anticipates the needs of both buyer and seller and addresses those needs with accuracy and immediacy. She knows what sells a condominium and can assist you in making the correct decisions to make your home marketable. It is the first time I ever met a realtor who was true to her word and was completely honest with decisions we had to make along the way. She has a group of people that she can call to assist you in making minor adjustments in your home to have the appearance of a professionally staged home without spending a large sum of money. She even does manual labor in your home when the need arises -- ie cleaning, small touchups. The first time I met Lori was when I was selling a condo. She was the buyer's agent -- she was aggressive in her selling but not pushy. I knew that if I ever had to sell another property, I would use her. Shortly thereafter, I did sell another condo and she was my real estate professional -- she was incredibly dynamic, energetic and skillful and helped us throughout the entire process -- she sold our condo in a matter of a few weeks.
