Working with David was a dream, I cant recommend him highly enough. We interviewed two other real estate agents before choosing to work with him and throughout the whole process we said aEURoewere so glad we chose DavidaEUR? at least three times a day. He is kind, patient and caring but also confident and assertive when needed (during the negotiation phase for example). This was our first time selling a house and we were nervous about the process but David was there every step of the way to guide us. I loved that he was there with me for all of our appointments, meetings and showings instead of sending support staff like other agents sometimes do. We both work full time and have a baby so we needed someone who would be available to us and he was always there! And lastly, he got us an amazing price for our house. His efforts to help us prep our house along with his marketing skills brought our house a ton of attention and we able to choose from multiple offers above our asking price. Were so glad we chose David!

How fortunate are we to have been referred to David Oliphant of Ocean Blue RE in June of 2019. David guided us through the purchase of our Pacifica beach home with grace, wisdom, humor and patience which created smooth sailing and an ease filled purchasing process for us which we gratefully appreciated. Fast forward to pandemic times 2020 when we found ourselves spending more time in our beach home than our San Bruno hills home. Our plans of sharing our Pacifica beach home with our out of state family and friends came to a halt when covid 19 hit the scene.
