After months and months of frustration and no results with some self-proclaimed aEUR~top agent trying to sell our house in Montara, we called David to rescue us.From the first moment we started talking he was the kind gentleman you would expect to meet especially when in need of help. He was very understanding and accommodating, showing us how we can proceed with his method going into every detail patiently. Immediately we felt relief and gratitude in choosing him. He proceeded to relist the house, taking new pictures and going the extra mile to clean up the overgrown yard we had left behind as we had moved out of the house months before. He carefully took care of all the details, inside and outside the house as well as the extensive advertising necessary to present the listing in a new fresh light. Throughout this journey with him, he was always ready to talk if we needed advice, no matter the day or time, never giving the impression that he was busy, always making us feel like we were his only clients. As times are very challenging and everyone is in fear of the pandemics consequences, we too were caught in the frenzy and extended waiting before selling the house. But David was always available even on his short vacation, ready to help with advice, calming assurance and a keen sense of humor so much needed for our frayed nerves. David has a passion for real estate as well as for helping people to see their dreams come true, whether buying or selling, passion that goes beyond material gain. We were very impressed with his knowledge, swift action, intelligent creative ideas, exquisite taste and all around generosity of spirit. You cant ask more from a friend let alone an agent. The wonderful feeling you get from him is, that no matter what comes, hes in your corner and you can have peace of mind that you are in good hands. He sold the house for us and we couldnt be happier.
