We were deer in the headlights when we started thinking about purchasing our first home, overwhelmed by all we didn't know and the cost of buying a place in the Bay Area. Luckily, the person we met at our first open house was David Oliphant. We could not imagine anyone who was more gentle and informative, encouraging and patient. He was very through in reviewing the process with us and showed us a variety of places on the Peninsula from Daly City to La Honda and Redwood City to Half Moon Bay. Along our journey we did bump into other Real Estate Agents, but were never even tempted to work with anyone else. We ended up finding the perfect place for us after a couple months of looking and now we wake up every day thankful that David helped us find a place of our own.
