Angela Davenport assisted my fiancA(C) and me with finding a river house. Since this was going to be a second home for us, we had a strict budget along with many aEURoemust-havesaEUR? that we thought would be outside of our budget. With Angelas expertise, she was able to find numerous homes and properties for us to review. She is a valuable realtor given the fact that she cares about her clients and has access to MLS systems for several different counties in Virginia. This was helpful for us because we were looking for houses/properties from the York River all the way up to the Potomac River. The first time we met Angela, she made us feel so comfortable about looking for a house. She gave us a packet of information about the areas we were looking to buy a house. She quickly caught on to what we were looking for and took her time with us when looking at properties by not rushing us. She walked through the houses with us, but gave us privacy if my fiancA(C) and I needed to discuss the house. Her number one concern when finding a house for us was that we were happy with our selection. She was open to looking at all the properties we wanted to see, and she never forced us to see a property we were not interested in. If she doesnt know the answer to a question, she is quick to get it. During the process, she was always readily available to talk to us. She has a lot of connections which helped us realize how much certain repairs would cost in the house we bought. If someone were to ask us to refer them to a great, hardworking realtor, Angela Davenport would be the first person we would suggest. Her caring personality is easy to see because being a realtor is not just her job, it is her passion.
