I can not express how much Katie has been a support to my family- My one goal for my family was to become a homeowner, but having no support- or a person who would take me seriously or who would listen made the goal feel more like a day dream. Katie not only told my goal was attainable- she showed me how to get there with the most respect and encouragement I have ever received since I began the journey to home ownership. Her words to me were, " whenever you feel stressed out, or like you need to vent- call me." unbelievable. Because she put so much effort into my family and our goal- I stayed focused and kept (and keep) fighting through all of the stress. It felt like she wanted nothing more than to see those who have been told time and time again that there is no help out there- and they can not be homeowners- prove that with a little guidance and integrity we most certainly can- (AND DID). So, I not only recommend Ms. MacDonald, I would hope there are more agents who follow her lead.
