We were first-time home buyers so we can't reiterate enough how uneasy we were about buying a home. We were new to the area, from Maryland, and didn't know where to begin. Little did we know a simple inquiry regarding the listing of a preexisting home would be the start of purchasing a brand new home. Keegan Siegfried was awesome for starters. He was very receptive, had a good knowledge of the area, market, and anything he didn't know he spared no resource to find the answer for us. No pressure from his end on any particular property and he truly helped us get the best deal for our financial situation, which is all we could ask. He made the home-buying process a lot easier than expected and responded to inquiries in a timely manner. More importantly as first-time home-buyers, with millions of questions, he did not make us feel less intelligent for being unaware of certain aspects of the home buying process. We plan to recommend him to any family and friends looking for property in Florida.
