I am truly grateful for all of the time and dedication Steven Al-Hussein and his team put into getting me in my new home. Nick showed us properties he thought were a fit.He also provided daily updates on new listings in the areas we were interested in.When we wanted to see a property Nick was able to set up a viewing as quickly as our schedules allowed. He was always on time.Nick's knowledge of the fair market value on homes is excellent and he has a keen eye for features or potential issues in the homes. He is a professional appraiser, which probably gives him an advantage in this area.Once we decided to make the offer Nick was extremely helpful in facilitating the process. Bank, Lawyers, Inspection, and items to fix after inspection were all handled very well and probably as smoothly as possible.We were lucky and this process was a breeze, which I attribute to Nick doing his best to make it painless.I would highly recommend Nick to show you properties, or if you find one on your own and want a pro to help make the process as smooth as possible as this is where his skills really shine.
