If you are looking for a low stress home sale experience we would highly recommend working with Kim Bills. When we were told we had to move, we werent sure what realtor to work with. We started doing research and read reviews of many different realtors. We reached out to Kim over a holiday weekend and was surprised that Kim responded back immediately. I can say that was not a fluke, Kim was always very responsive from the first email we sent all the way through closing. Kim was always available to assist and answer any questions we had. Kim made the home sales process a lot easier than we thought it would be. She is very knowledgeable of the market and the process. Another bonus with Kim is that she provides professional photos for her listings which look outstanding. She made recommendations on things we could do to help sell our house quickly and in the end, our house sold after the first open house! We were very happy working with Kim and wouldnt hesitate to work with her again.

Kim gave us the best possible experience selling a house. During our initial meeting, Kim came prepared with a detailed market analysis to help us understand a selling market which was completely different from the market we bought the house in. She also recommended getting a preinspection before listing as to save us time with our need for a speedy sale and closing. The staging props and pictures beautiful represented all the love and care we put into our house over the years, it almost made me rethink selling (almost.) She also offered her advise to price the house at an approachable price which resulted in an exciting bidding war. All and all we accepted an offer within the first 12 hours and had virtually no bumps along the way to closing. Kim kept us updated throughout the entire process and answered every question even outside of normal business hours if that actually exists for real estate agents. I only wish I could take her with me, If we hadnt moved out of state we would have absolutely utilized Kims experience to help us find our next home.
