I would highly recommend Megan for your realty needs. She is very professional and dedicated to helping her clients buy or sell a property. In recent years I have dealt with several realtors and havent had the best experiences. Megan came in and gave me an honest and extensive marketing plan for my property after it sat on the market for months with little activity. She honestly told me the value of my home and explain the details behind her reasoning. She explain when it is priced right it will move and she was spot on. I greatly appreciate your understanding how much an emotional decision the sale was and treating me appropriately. More like a friend and not a realtor looking for a commission.
