Megan Graybeal is very knowledgeable about the local housing market and was thus able to recognize the nuances that would highlight our home in the market. She was available by phone, text, and email and would respond immediately to questions or concerns before listing the property, while listing, and through settlement. She met with us personally on several occasions to offer advice as we had not been through this process before as sellers. Her negotiation skills should be commended as we had multiple offers within 36 hours of listing the property. Much of that should be credited to Megan as she was constantly networking with potential buyers and had viewings set up as soon as it was possible to do so. It was a relief to know that we had someone as professional and as experienced as Megan to guide us through the entire process. I would highly recommend Megan Graybeal as a realtor.
