Kristi and her team are fabulous, professional, caring, and truly real estate experts, bar none. Within 17 days, we bought and closed on our new home, prepared our current home for sale (three toddlers = lots of prep work), listed it, received multiple offers, and were under contract. It truly takes a real estate guru and miracle team to make that happen in such a short time frame.This is the second home my husband and I bought with Kristi. While we weren't actively looking, perusing Zillow one day we saw a home with which we fell in love. We weren't actively looking to buy, but this just felt like our dream home. Within a day, Kristi showed us the house, wrote our offer, and had a contract signed. Out of several offers, the seller's chose ours due to Kristi's real estate expertise and negotiation tactics. She knew exactly how to write the offer, making ours the most attractive to the sellers and minimizing any risk on our end. She really thought through the options and tools to make sure we got the house in today's hot market.We had a very short close (again - part of Kristi's negotiation tactic that got us the house) and Kristi also recommended the perfect mortgage lender to make the close happen within three weeks and at a great rate. Prior to Kristi's recommendation, we had quotes and timeframes from three other lenders, but none of the close estimates were even close to 20 days. Without her connection, which is a testament to her solid network and knowledge of local businesses, we were able to offer a quicker close. Buying a home involves multiple services, and having an agent who is in the know to guide you to the best providers for your particular situation, is extremely important in today's market.Kristi and her team make the purchase process super simple (we worked with Robyn and Debbie). They scheduled all the appropriate inspections, provided guidance along the way, and kept us informed. I never had to initiate an update, because we were consistently kept in the loop in a timely manner. What was required of us was simply confirming times and showing up when needed to a home inspection.Working with Kristi is more than just making a real estate transaction happen. Her happiness for us and investment in the process made our dream home purchase super special. Kristi knew this house was for us -in large part because we have gotten to know each over the years since buying our first home. This is because she takes interest in getting to know her customers on a more personal level - more so than any other real estate professional with which I have ever worked. Further, I have reached out to Kristi several times over the past few years for home advice, and she is always quick to respond and provide honest, knowledgeable advise. On another note, Kristi is also extremely generous in her personal life, supporting various organizations within the Annapolis community. These attributes all contribute to her outstanding character.We are so thankful to Kristi, Robyn, and the rest of Kristi's team in buying our dream home. We found the perfect nature-ridden home to raise our three curious and rowdy boys.We highly recommend that you reach out to Kristi and her team. You will not be disappointed!

My review probably won't even do Kristi and her team justice but I'm going to try! :) Kristi and her team were AMAZING! Kristi was recommended to me by a friend and immediately I could tell why she was so highly spoken of. Kristi and her team are so well organized, so thoughtful, professional and so KNOWLEDGEABLE! Although we were not first time homeowners- we really needed help! Kristi knew the area very well and helped guide us through the process. She was able to help us with a wonderful negotiation, stayed on top of everything to ensure everything went smoothly, provided us feedback/direction when things could have gotten bumpy, and kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay. I've never worked with anyone like her before and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I meet. Thank you again, Kristi! We would not be in our home if it wasn't for you!
