I'm going to attempt to express my gratitude as well as the experience my family and I had with The Brown Team and Lisa Armour. Professional, friendly, experienced, patient, awesome, above and beyond, Rock Star; these defining characteristics, at times can never truly convey or describe what is needed to be said or much more fully understood, so at the end of this review I will share a personal moment that will hopefully suffice.Before I was introduced to The Brown Team and Lisa, I had been viewing homes online for about 6 months so I had an idea of what and where I wanted to live, but being an individual with credit issues I never actually thought I would ever be a home owner, it was just wishful thinking. AND THEN I was introduced to the Brown Team who truly did turn a dream into my reality. Our very first day looking at homes with Lisa, my wife had a listing of homes she wanted to see, and Lisa had setup times for us to visit each one. She had shown us a few homes on our list, but she could tell that I was simply not interested so we continued looking. There was one home that I had been looking into but wasnt on my wifes list, so Lisa made a call and got us in the door. Through the showing I honestly didnt say much at all but I must have been glowing, because as I was leaving the house walking down the steps in front of Lisa and my wife, with my back to the both of them, I heard Lisa say to my wife, He loves it.Fast forward approximately 30 days and my family has moved into that house. Typically when something seems or feels as if it is too good to be true, it usually is. But not this time. I'm not entirely aware of what all Lisa and The Brown Team had been doing in the background because each and every step was painless and stress free. Lisa without a doubt is an outstanding agent who puts your happiness on the top of her priority list and the Brown Team is simply put incredible with the time and effort they invest for you. True Story-As I returned home from work late last night, I pulled into my driveway, got out of my truck and walked up the steps to the front door. It was extremely cold and windy and it had been raining practically off and on all day. I hesitated with my hand on the door knob for just a brief second and then turned around to look at my front yard. As I watched the rain fall reflecting from the street lights glow, a sudden realization came over me and my eyes filled with tears. This is my yard, these are my steps, and behind me is my familys beautiful home. I stood there in the cold rain for a few more minutes trying to remember a time I was truly this happy. Nothing at the given moment could have taken away the pure bliss I felt. Part of me thinks that this is just a dream, but this is now my reality. I cant thank you enough Lisa and The Brown Team for what you have done for my family.
