Jessica has been extremely helpful and has provided a high level of expertise in order to help me find a rental home. Jessica is very familiar with Charlotte and the surrounding areas, which was great considering I am moving from out of state and I am not too familiar with the city. She was very attentive and responsive, making sure everything was taken care of in a quickly manner. The turnaround time for showings of rentals and contacts to property managers was exceptional. Jessica is very organized and pays attention to all details in order to ensure her clients have the best options. There is no way I would have been able to successfully find a rental without her. I was able to secure one for a great price almost two months in advance. Even after signing the lease, Jessica is still communicating with us to make sure we don't have any outstanding questions, and to make sure everything with the property manager is going well. As a first-time home buyer, I went into this process with a ton of anxiety, especially with the unpredictable market were dealing with today. My fiancA(C) on the other hand had purchased a few homes before and was way more familiar with the process. After finding our home, even he was remarking how effortless and smooth Jessica made this home-buying process over anything else hed experienced before. And for me, wow, I was extremely fortunate to have my first experience be an amazing one. Once we explained our requirements to Jessica, she and her associate, Amy Fraser, were on top of everything for us. Jessica was consistent with communicating all homes that were going to be showing soon, even arranging appointments for us in advance just so wed be able to have a slot before all the available showing slots booked up. That was extremely helpful in this crazed fast-paced real estate market. Knowing that this process was new to me, she also explained everything to me about the search and purchase every step of the way and in such an easy-to-understand manner, especially when much of the lingo and paperwork can be quite confusing. My fiancA(C) and I also appreciated Jessicas diligent follow-ups with our other relevant partners as well, including the mortgage broker and attorneys. She ensured that all parties were aligned and working towards our best interests from the very beginning until we closed on our home. There are so many other wonderful things I can say about working with Jessica. But two of the most important traits to me was that she was patient and so very kind. She treated me like a human being, an individual she genuinely cared about finding the home which me and my fiancA(C) envisioned us having for our family. Jessica absolutely went above and beyond and I think she literally jumped for joy once we found our perfect home together. From the purchase offer through the closing process - everything went so smoothly due to Jessica being so meticulous and organized with it all.
