Patrick was a huge asset to have on our side when we were searching for our home. His knowledge of the area to helped us narrow our search to the best towns for our budget and priorities. Then, when we visited houses he pointed out many things that we never would have thought of, like the fact that apple orchards are often contaminated with arsenic. When we found the house that we love, he recognized that it was priced over market value, and used his negotiation skills to help us get it at a fair price, even in a seller's market. Patrick even went as far as using his contacts to help us get additional repair quotes after the home inspection. He takes personal pride in his work, and doesn't think twice about going the extra mile to be sure that his buyers find the house of their dreams for a fair price.

Right away Patrick was our advocate and support system through a challenging out-of--state home and neighborhood search. Patrick went out of his way to share insight relevant to our search and our family, he amazingly made himself available at every hour and promptly returned texts/calls/emails; even following up to let us know there was no news on a certain issue as the case may have been.
