My future wife and I were looking for our first home. We were refered to Noble Smith by a close college friend. We meet with Noble to discussed what we were looking for in a home. Shortly after Noble had a list of homes/communities for us to look over. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Noble really understood what we were looking for and didn't waste time showing us homes/communities we were not interested in. Furthermore, Noble was very knowledgable about the Ausitn/San Marcos area which really helped in our decision making process. We found our new home and are currently in the process of closing now. Noble has been GREAT throughout this process. He was readily available anytime we needed him and we would HIGHLY recommend him to others. I will being using Noble Smith's services again when looking for my next home!

Mr. Smith has been managing my property in San Marcos, TX since 2011. When I made the decision to move it was in the peak of the leasing season and I was behind the eight ball so to speak, as far as getting my house leased out. Mr. Smith was able to get tenants signed within a month. After the initial lease he's been able to increase rent with each new lease. I now receive $1800/month after initially having to accept $1100 due to time constraints from my move. Regarding the actual day-to-day management of my property, Mr. Smith's service is impeccable. I am always consulted with any issue that could incur an expense on my part no matter how small, and even when he already knows the answer to the expense inquiry. The attention to detail is beyond expectations. He's even saved me money on my lawn maintenance company. My previous yardman was charging $70 every cut. Mr. Smith found a service for $45 per cut. I look forward to continuing my working relationship with Mr. Smith and when I purchase more rental properties he will be the one managing those as well. I would recommend Mr. Smith's services to anyone who has property management needs. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Where to begin... Noble is very professional, personable, and an EXPERT at what he does. He was extremely flexible around my schedule, budget, and my "wish list". He didn't waste any time putting together a list of homes that checked all the boxes and we had an offer in on a home in the first week! Noble and his team made my home buying process nearly flawless. I would have never imagined such a hassle-free experience. He introduced me to the best lender, inspection company, and title company - a total package! He was always available to answer any questions I had very quickly, negotiated when he needed to make things happen, and eased any fears I had about the home-buying process as a whole.
