My wife and I worked with Sean, Nicolette, and Andrew in finding the condo that suited our tastes perfectly. We were new to the process of buying property, which made us wary of any salesman-like, "get you out the door" tactics that we thought agents could have. Sean and the team never made us feel uncomfortable or in the dark. Not once. Knowing that we were new to real estate, they patiently told us how the entire process works. Sean was available for showings on incredibly short notice and went out of his way to help us see newly-posted listings. When looking at places, Sean was willing to provide honest feedback about the listing and, with his knowledge of the local market, drew comparisons between the places we were looking at and others he'd seen. Because of his honesty and a clear desire for us to find the right place for US, the buying process felt more like a collaboration than a dry business interaction. Sean knew our budget and our preferences and never pushed us toward something outside of those bounds. The team was helpful every step of the way, from showings through closing. Once our offer went mutual, Sean worked well with our lenders and pushed them to get us to close early. We felt like we had an advocate in the process.
