Mattie did such a phenomenal job helping us find our first home! We were looking for 6 or so months and she was always available to tour homes with us and answered my millions of emails/texts, always so responsive!! Interest rates were not in our favor but she ensured we knew all our options from the start to make it less stressful. Once we found out I was pregnant my husband and I got more aggressive in the search and Mattie knew how important it was to find something quick so we can settle in, and sure enough we found something shortly after and it was the easiest most seamless process because of her. I wasnt easy to deal with as I am super picky, ask a million questions and was so indecisive throughout this entire experience but she was so patient with my husband and I through it all. Never rushed us and always gave us her honest opinion on a house to ensure we wouldnt make a mistake. Once we closed on a house I told my husband that I'm going to miss talking to her and touring homes with her because she was just so lovely to be around! I cant recommend Mattie and her team enough!!!

Dan was quite literally the best agent I've ever worked with.
