Jason and Cheryl were outstanding! Jason helped us sell our home, and both Cheryl and Jason helped us find and purchase a home. Jason explained the entire process in the beginning, so we knew, generally, what to expect. He brought in a stager who gave us excellent, low-cost recommendations on how to improve the interior of our home to prepare it for showing. Jason himself took marvelous pictures of the interior and exterior of our home for advertising purposes. He used various sales methods including Zillow. We were ready to show in 3 weeks. We got our first offer within about 6 weeks. We probably had about 35 showings and 3 or 4 very interested potential buyers, but we flooded twice (although not in a flood zone) and that scared off a lot of people.Through no fault of Jay's the first offer fell through. We took the house off the market, made some changes based upon a home inspection, took some new exterior pictures (the seasons had changed and the roses were in bloom) and relaunched the sale of the home. Jay gave us an app to use, and we scheduled 16 showings in 3 days, and got 2 offers the first 2 days! We set the price at $225K, and Jay negotiated the sale at $231K. We couldn't have been happier!From start to finish the process, including the search for and purchase of a new home, took less than 6 months. And to make it even harder, we had to close on both houses on the same day! Jay and Cheryl managed everything, from showing times, both selling and buying, to coordinating everything that has to happen when you close on 2 homes on the same day. They treated us like family, and we are very pleased with the results.
