Jay is great! My fiance and I were looking to buy our first home a few months back, and we really didnt have any idea about the house-buying process. But, we were able to close on a condo in less than 3 months from the first time we met with Jay! He explained everything in ways that we were able to easily understand, and he was very easily accessible. We were free to call, text, or email him pretty much at any time during the day, 7 days a week. When we did reach out, he was always quick to respond. He was also willing to meet us in person or use Google Docs - it was whatever we preferred. There was one point when we thought we decided on a condo but changed our mind right before we put in our offer. Jay did not seem annoyed at all - in fact, he was very positive and willing to start looking at more places as soon as we could. Once we did decide on the right condo for us, Jay was able to recommend great mortgage brokers, lawyers, etc. Really great experience - highly recommend! Thanks, Jay!
