My wife and I were introduced to Nicky through our home selling/buying process. Right off the bat she was proactive in helping us find our new home. We gave her our search area, and with the help of others from her team at Niles Realty Group, we were able to compose a list of houses to tour and look at. She was great on mapping the route so it took us the quickest and most efficient time looking at and touring houses, we couldn't have asked for a more willing and able Realtor to help us find our new home. When my wife couldn't be with me due to my work schedule, or we both were unable to go view a house Nicky was on it!! If my wife couldn't be with me she'd agree to meet me at the house to view and we'd go through take a lot of pictures and videos to share with my wife, and if both of us couldn't make a viewing Nicky would go herself and take very detailed videos, to share with me and my wife. This to us both was an A+ job on her part! But wait, it got better! When we did find the house we were pretty dead set on, Nicky made herself available to be at the house when our inspector arrived due to constraints on our end, and stay with him until he was done, my wife and I were able to arrive 30mins or so before he had to go to his next commitment but any extra details he didn't go over with me, Nicky was on top of it, and showed my wife and I anything that stood out about the house during the inspection that wasn't necessarily anything she "had to do". During the offer/option period she kept us up-to-date with everything going on with the Sellers, and was always quick to text or call about anything she had a question about in regards to our needs when it came to the buying process of the new home! She made us feel important, and not just another client that she would pass off once our deal was done. She has stayed in touch with us, offering referrals to any home needs if needed (roof repairs, plumbers, electricians, etc.) and making it more of a life time commitment to stay and be in touch with us for anything we may need when it comes to the real-estate world. She's got quite the knowledge and know how to get things done in her career, and we noticed it from start to finish! Once everything was said and done, it was time to close, and she was with us at our closing of the new home, and we felt she was part of the family! Even today almost a month and half later we are still in contact with her, and sharing some new events happening in our lives, and she's always reminding us that she's there to help us ever if we need anything. This was a amazing experience only could've been done by a true professional, and we are ever thankful for Nicky and what she was able to accomplish for us getting us into our new home! Thank you Nicky!! In the end it was an A+++ experience!!
