We recently had the pleasure of working with Jesse Buckley to purchase our new home in Bend, OR. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with Jesse! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process (and even after the sale process), Jesse has been responsive, professional, highly knowledgeable about the local market and always made sure we felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Jesse represented his commitment to excellence. In addition to potential homes we had identified already, Jesse made suggestions on other similar homes in the area for us to consider. He was always timely to communicate with Sellers agents in order to schedule our viewings. As serious Buyers, Jesse helped us identify our dream home and then close on our new property within a lightening quick 2-week period! His negotiation skills were top-notch as he consistently found ways to educate us on the local market and mortgage process, and get us the best deal possible. Jesse also went out of the way to ensure every detail was taken care of ? from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. He demonstrated superb interpersonal skills in communications with the Sellers agent. In fact, the Sellers agent also provided high praise for the work that Jesse did on our behalf as the Buyers- after the sale, she highlighted to us that we were lucky to have him represent us and that he is a first-rate agent who went above and beyond to represent his clients throughout our purchase process, and she told us that as a seasoned agent she rarely encounters such dedication and competence in other realtors.
