I was very disappointed in Tami. She seemed nice at first but she quickly showed that she had only her own interest at heart. We were first time home buyer that qualified for a government loan program. We made Tami aware of this as we searched for and decided to make an offer on a house. She pushed us to check on the costs of a loan through her friend which we did though we knew it was going to be more expensive. When it came time to make the offer she purposefully wrote it so we couldn't use the much cheaper government loan program and would have had to use a conventional loan even though we made it clear that we wish to use the government loan. She didn't bother to tell us this until we had spent hundreds on an inspection. When we pushed her to try to fix it she wrote a, quite frankly, insulting offer to amend and tried to send it to the sellers. If we'd had an honest and reasonable agent we would either have a house or at the very least not have wasted or time and hundreds of dollars.

I gave Tami 5 stars in all except local knowledge. here's why:She knew about as much as anyone who wasn't from the area. the difference is, she learned quickly and gained what she needed to know to effect a fast sale. For that, I would award 5 stars.As far as the other categories, she advised me to hold the line on the offer I got. She saved me thousands with that advice, as I was ready to cave and just take the low offer.She always called back within a short period of time when I had questions or concerns.She did a lot of the research and made calls on my behalf getting local service people when the inspection requested so. I had several other "realtors" over the years with no luck. Tami got me an offer and the house sold for pretty close to the asking price the first week .You bet, I would use her again or refer her to others!
