When it came to buying our first home I had no idea where to even begin. My sister helped by giving me Anthony Pigati?s information. We explained everything that we would like in a dream home and discussed budget. After going to several open houses we realized we needed to compromise our needs list a little bit to stay within budget because house were listed a lot lower than what they were being sold for. At each open house we went to with Anthony Pigati was honest about if he thought the home would pass inspection for our loan, work that would need to be done, the neighborhood and what he would think the house would go for in comparison to the asking price. He also was knowledgeable about every each city each home was in and would give suggestions along the way. He found listings when they were newly added and was prompt to inform us. He was more than accommodating when we would text him or call at what seemed like anytime. The patience he showed when we would bring our 2 year old was amazing too. Lastly he has a great sense of humor and that always helps when you?re dealing with something like buying a house because it can get stressful. Overall I don?t think there was a better realtor we could?ve been referred to! Thanks again Pigati :)

With Anthony as our agent, my husband and I were able to have a complete sense of calm throughout the entirety of the buying/selling process. He's been doing this a long time, and it shows. And this matters more than a lot of buyers may realize. If you find a home that sweeps you off your feet, your "soulmate home", and you don't have a wise, experienced, socially intelligent agent representing you, that house you love is going to break your heart and find a different buyer. But Anthony knows how to make things happen. He's just skilled like that. And it helps that he truly cares that you get the home (or the buyers for YOUR home) that you are seeking after. I swear, nobody cares these days.. But working with Anthony will be refreshing experience for you, restoring your faith in humanity.
