Working with Anthony at Next Home Town and Country exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time young homebuyer, recently graduated from SFSU, but nowhere were near familiar with the terminology or purchasing process! Right away Anthony was incredibly friendly and took time to hear our request. We only had about a couple weeks to find a house and lock a deal. We had been searching for a while but unfortunately we had not been able to secure a property we liked with our previous agent in a different firm. Anthony send me a few links of properties available. We got back to him and he scheduled us for the viewings the following day. He Accommodated my tight scheduled.Anthony was willing to meet us late in the evening or early in the morning and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. We were so excited to find and lock down the property we loved!
