"Steve Layer took the time to get to know my husband and me while we were searching for a home in Josephine. He listened carefully to our preferences and sent us homes based on our likes and dislikes. When we viewed properties, he gave us plenty of time to privately explore and talk without pressure. He looked for any and everything that was wrong, a major problem or would eventually need to be fixed. He genuinely wanted to get us into a property that would meet our needs and didn't have any major damage. We eventually decided to go with a new build. He helped us with all the paperwork and throughout the whole process. It took a little over 7 months for the house to be built but he was there with us through it all, checking in on the building process and answering any questions we had that came up.
