Erika is a very knowledgeable realtor. She guided me through each step of my selling process and made it very seamless. I purchased a home before but this was my first sale and I was not nervous about it at all because Erika told me what to expect and when to expect it. She also has her own team of repair specialists under her belt so have no fear, Erika has the solution for anything that may come up during the transaction process. There was a period of time where I was afraid the sale wouldnt happen due to an issue we encountered, and in that moment, Erika became more than my realtor, she was a friend. She gave me good advice from an understanding place that gave me the strength to believe that God will make everything work out in my favor, and he did.
