Linda Weir-Reiss is an incredibly professional real estate agent. We worked with her, long distance from Wisconsin, at looking at prospective properties that would fit our budget and our lifestyle. She was masterful in matching these, not having met us in person, and meeting with us when we finally arrived in Florida. Linda had done the leg work and showed us numerous properties, all of which could have met our needs. She made numerous trips and met us at all the properties we wished to visit. She was always punctual and made whatever plans to prepare the sellers for our visits. Linda followed the sale to completion, even though we could not be at closing, and was there to make sure the property was delivered as promised. The most impressive part of her dealing with us came when we found a property for which she did hold not listing. Knowing full well, she would be splitting the commission, did not keep her from working hard all the way to the end.
