I live in California and my sister in Florida was hospitalized with no chance of recovery. I was forced to sell her house in St. Petersburg. I was so fortunate to have a local notary refer me to Kent Rodahaver to act as my real estate agent. My sister's house was quite a mess and was far from presentable for showings. Kent was incredible helpful and brought a crew in to clear out the clutter and donate everything to charity.
