Dave provided refreshingly caring and patient help to my wife and me. We were foremost impressed by the respect he conveyed towards us as a young couple and first-time property buyers. He was indispensable in guiding us toward what we were truly looking for in a property and helping us come to realize that the process of getting what we wanted wasn't actually as daunting or confusing as we had thought. Dave provided clear and hugely informative explanations of the process of home buying and financing. He gladly humored all our questions regarding nearly every aspect of home ownership from expected rates of roof deterioration to knocking down walls.
