I appreciate the hard work Joe put into me just looking for a place to rent. I am new to the area so he was good about giving me information regarding schools, neighborhoods, etc. He took the time to set up appointments for me around my work schedule as well as give his feedback regarding the conditions of the properties with his knowledge of property managmemnt which I appreciated and respected. Even though I ran into some financial "speed bumps" he was still dedicated in seeing me obtain a home for myself and my 2 children. He was and is always professional and I will/have given his name for referrals with my HR department with a federal agency. This will help the new hires relocating to the area find someone to help them that already comes with high reccomendation.Additionally, out of the many emails I sent to various realtors on Zillow, Joe was the only one who responded at all and did so in a timely manner.
