I had the pleasure of Amber being the first realtor to contact us and show us a property we were looking at. Once we got to the home we told her a couple other properties we wanted to see and she was on the phone immediately to get us a time for a showing! I had lots of questions about properties and rules and regulations with a few different homes as a first time home buyer I wanted to be as informed as possible and Amber was so informative and helpful in every aspect! Amber was patient and kind through every showing(which we looked at at least a dozen homes) when I gave up in finding a home Amber worked day and night to find us a home that fit all of our needs and was so flexible with her schedule it was such a breeze to meet up with her and work with us through the process of finding a home!!! When we finally put in an offer Amber was so informative through the process I feel I could have done with my eyes closed!!! We even wanted to take a second peek at our home when the offer was excepted and she did not waste a minute to get us back in the property and was so understanding and kind! I could not imagine what buying a new home as a first time home buyer would have been like without Amber Martinez... she is amazing and only had the best interest of our wants/needs,budget, and family in mind!!! If you want the best you need Amber Martinez on your side!!! I couldnt be more greatful for her!
