I would 100% recommend Casey Smith to any one looking for a home in the Greater PGH area! My husband and I were searching for our first home, so we were new to this process. Buying a home can be very stressful, emotional, and overwhelming, but Casey guided us through every step and made it fun and enjoyable! This market of Summer 2021 was insane, and we were so glad to have Casey in our corner. She went out of her way to quickly and thoroughly answer all of our questions, whether via text, email or phone. When looking at homes, Casey did not try to "sell" or push us into it. She pointed out details I would have never noticed, and she really listened to what was important to us. During the offer period, Casey helped us to strategize and put in a competitive offer which is especially important in this market. We had our first offer accepted, but unfortunately had to back out due to the inspection report. During this challenging time, Casey went above and beyond to negotiate on our behalf and to help us make the right decision. Even though it was devastating to back out, I was so glad to have Casey in our corner! When we eventually found the home that was right for us, Casey was so helpful again during the negotiation stage. She worked past midnight to make sure we got our offer in and the paperwork was spot on. Casey explained every document in great detail in a way that was easy to understand, which is important when you are buying a home! I am an attorney, so attention to detail (especially in contracts) is really important to me, and Casey was 110% on it! We finally found the perfect home, and I know we would have not gotten here if it wasn't for Casey's hard work and attention to detail! I would highly recommend Casey to my friends, family, and any one else considering buying a home!
