We began our search for a home in Wautaga County in the spring of 2011. We had just relocated from Greensboro. Both Allan and Judy Wagner went out of their way to show us homes, educate us on the area, and make us feel very welcome. Their personable and knowledgeable approach made our searching virtually stress free.They were very patient with us, showing us many different styles of homes and graciously working with our challenging schedules and time lines. We finally found a nice home, but it was in short sale so it took some time and effort to close the deal.
