I was a licensed Realtor for 5 years and have worked with many agents over the years and Marie is one of the best! She went above and beyond by helping to suggest what we could do to command max dollars for the house but put no pressure on me to make the decisions. She had great referrals to get the needed work done. She helped to lightly stage/ "spruce up" the house since I live out of state and the house was vacant (for free)! She brought FIVE offers to me in five weeks (2 were back up offers since I had accepted the 3rd). Her office staff (Erik) kept things moving along at closing and responded quickly if I had any questions during the selling process. They were responsive, professional, honest, and really just nice to work with! I felt I was in good hands the whole time and I don't often feel that way! It's hard to find caring, committed people who will actually deliver what they say they will after you sign on the dotted line, but Marie did. I was extremely HAPPY in every step of the process and thrilled I picked her as my agent. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone! (PS, she also sold the house across the street in less than a month and I spoke with that neighbor, who was also thrilled).

There is not enough that I can say about Marie Drew. Our relationship started when I wanted to put my house up for rent and she was my property manager for over 2 years and in this capacity she excelled. But when I decided to sell that house, that's when her knowledge and passion truly shown. She kept me in the loop at all times prior to putting the house on the market; showing me her research on setting a price, telling me what needed to be done to the house to make it more appealing and then making sure it all got done and the list goes on and on. My house went on the market and Marie had it sold at slightly below asking price in less than 24hrs. It was impressive. But she didn't stop there. She held my hand through fixing issues that were found upon inspection. She found an electrician and a plumber to handle all the little issues and I just had to write a check. She is amazing!I have bought and sold many homes in my life and by far, Marie Drew is the best real estate agent I have ever had. She is knowledgeable, passionate and truly just a good, honest person. I would recommend her to my friends and family without a seconds hesitation.
