Before we made the decision to buy our first home in the Bay Area, we started going to open houses and looking at the current market we didn?t have high hopes that we would be able to find a home in a couple of months. We had met a few realtors in the process, but when we met Sonia, she really went out of her way to assist us in the home buying process. Just in the first meeting Sonia spent more than 3 hours and narrowed down our choices which really helped us to look for a better area and home that suited our requirements. Sonia helped us find a place in just two weeks and our second offer got accepted. We worked with Brad to look for a home in the South Bay. We were connected to Brad on a very strong recommendation from a couple of my colleagues and therefore we had very high expectations from him. The incredible thing is that he surpassed even those high expectations.Specifically we found the following qualities very impressive in Brad:1. He educated us on what is important in buying real estate and what to evaluate when checking out a house - for neophytes like us, this was invaluable.2. It was truly a no-pressure experience from his perspective and we always felt that his goal was to help us find a home that we loved and nothing else.3. He was incredibly responsive - literally at all times of the day. Not just in real estate but this is a quality we admire in all professionals and Brad was great at it.4.
