We were very fortunate to meet Bradley on a call for one of the properties he had listed. We were first time buyers just testing the waters with no idea of what we were doing, Bradley spent a great deal of time with us during that first visit running down the processes involved and recommended areas that we should be looking at. He answered countless questions that we had. He gave us recommendations on lenders that he had worked with successfully in the past. That first visit gave us a great deal of confidence and strengthened our resolve to move forward. Throughout the entire search process he was very generous with his time and helped us weed through a lot of dogs on the market. When we finally found the one he was very helpful in getting our offer accepted, When we hit snags he got us through them and even negotiated a $15K reduction in the purchase price. Hes the second generation of a family business which we found comforting as not only his reputation but his family name is on the line. We never once questioned whether or not he had our best interests at heart. We hope to never have to buy another house but if I do Bradley will be getting the call.
