My husband and I had an awesome experience with Chris as our realtor. Chris is a childhood friend of mine so trusting him came easy for me but my husband had to go with trusting my judgement as he did not know Chris but it was not long til he won his trust as well (not an easy task ;)).We had our hearts set on a specific home in the ADK and we were unsuccessful at reaching the sellers realtor involved at which time we hired Chris. Chris immediately took over and fought hard for us to get the house of our dreams. It was a long battle but in the end we did end up getting the house. Chris was professional, efficient, punctual, persistent, assertive, extremely knowledgeable, fair, honest and went out of his way on a number of occasions to make sure we got what we deserved. I could not be happier with him as a professional and a friend. Lets face it the real estate business is a rat race sometimes and it is heard to find someone you can trust that has your best interest at heart and not just their own. Chris knows how to play the game and is good at it and fair, in the real estate business that is hard to come by. He is our realtor for life as we plan on buying and selling more homes in the future and eventually starting our own real estate business. Having Chris by our side gives us a sense of security and hope whether we are just reaching out to ask a question and getting an honest answer our needing him to drive two hours away to seal the deal on a home, hes our guy!
