Kendall was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was referred to Kendall through a co-worker because I wanted to purchase an investment property with the goal of building a portfolio over time. I had no clue how or where to start, which is where Kendalls expertise and background came into play. After weeks of meetings and planning, I finally narrowed down my goal and was ready to start looking at homes. We saw a lot of properties and with each showing Kendall went through the numbers, market trends and other factors that would impact the sustainability of my investment. Kendall is an absolute dream to work with and was exactly the type of realtor I needed as this was my first home and I am not from the area.
