Blake is a laid back guy with a good sense of humor. We stumbled upon him on a Sunday scrolling through the internet and he called us asap. Walked us through a ton of house with no complaints. We found a house that went on the market less than an hour ago and he had us in there within 20 mins! 1 hour later we were in the driveway putting in a bid. Bought the house a week or so later. He doesn't mess around and keeps you updated about every step and gets it done. He even came to our closing with a gift to celebrate!!! If your a new buyer and between the age of 21-40, I would 100% recommend this guy to you!!! No pressure. Lots of humor. But also gets it done! We owe him for our happiness in our amazing home we bought in April 2024.A coworker also used Blake and had nothing but good things to say. Get ahold of Blake. Best realtor in the area!
