Tiffany was recommended by a friend, and while she didn't realize it she walked into a trap! We had her showing us houses all around the southern outskirts of Sac county, Elk Grove, Wilton, Sheldon, etc., and when we found one we liked she shepherded us through the process of putting an offer on it. When it was accepted we put our house on the market thinking it would sell quickly (the area we were in was selling like hotcakes, with good prices and rapid sales). That began a 5.5-month slog, as the market's bottom dropped out and we began marching our asking price down to match reality. Tiffany marketed the hell out of the house, set up all kinds of showings and open houses, and she dealt with several offers/potential offers while offering us great advice on how to proceed, always with our best interest in mind (don't settle for this too fast, let's counter, let's offer this incentive, etc). She had to deal with some pretty crazy stuff, but she never wavered in her belief we could get a good price, which we finally did. I would recommend Tiffany to anyone who's looking to sell or buy in the Sacramento area. She's very savvy with the technical aspects, and was great to deal with.
