Jayce was amazing. My house was not complete. I was in the middle of a master bedroom and bathroom addition. My wifes alcoholism was off the deep-end and we were in the middle of a divorce. Jayce came in and saved the day. Seriously. I had no idea what the value of the house was due to it being in the middle of an addition. He assured me the value was there. He dealt with my difficult wife. He also dealt with difficult buyers. There were multiple times the deal didnt work, but Jayce was on top of things and always had a solution for any issue.Most importantly, I didnt even feel like I was selling my house. I was able to focus on my daughter and moving on with our next steps. I had no idea the buyers were difficult, or that my wife was not handling her end of things. Jayce took care of everything. He also spoke to me in a way that gave me confidence and reassured me it was gonna work out.On day 1 he said hed do everything he could to get me as close to $650,000 as possible. In the end, we closed at $660,000.Extra:I didnt know what I was gonna do or where I was gonna go after my house sold. Jayce allowed me to focus on my daughter and myself. I was able to sort my head out and get a plan together. After looking at a few open houses, I thought I was priced out of my neighborhood. Within 2 weeks of accepting the offer on my house, Jayce helped me find a perfect house for my daughter and me. It is 2 blocks away from my old house and its on my favorite street in the neighborhood. He got the price I needed and our new house is supposed to close on my daughters 5th birthday. Now we will have a completed house that is perfect for us in our same neighborhood.Feels like a dream! I couldnt be happier. Jayce made an overwhelming time in my life so much easier. Hes helping me turn something that felt like a disaster into a blessing.
