Mrs. Brenda Newfield was a pleasure to work with!!! The professionalism and expertise in Real Estate Business/Law that she displayed, helped me purchase a condo that was exquisite and just for me. Although we experienced a few pitfalls along the journey (that were beyond our control), we worked together as a team and persevered through them all. For starters, the condo that I selected was listed as FHA/VA approved. However, when I started the loan process, we quickly learned that was not the case. Mrs. Newfield quickly contacted the listing agent, my loan officer and the HOA to find out what needed to be done to get this property VA approved. She went over and beyond the call of duty, by reaching out to the HOA to educate them on the process, and provided them with assistance to make this happen. Then, during the title process, the mortgage loan legal department discovered a 2007 tax issue regarding a piece of land leading to the property. This was a very significant issue, as it could have halted the law process in its tracks. Again, Mrs. Newfield quickly reached out to her counterparts, who worked and researched this matter over a holiday weekend. Ultimately, they were able to get the mortgage loan legal department the information they needed to seal the deal. Mrs. Newfield is a go getter and works hard for her clients. If I had to do it all over again, she would be my Real Estate Agent!!!
