My husband and I were dead set on selling our condo ourselves in the DC market. Knowing Sam already and that she does well in real estate and is a trusted professional in the Capital Region, we asked her for her opinion on this. She responded by asking who we had met with thus far and what they had done for us. The answer was that we had met with a handful of real estate agents, but they hadn't done very much truthfully. Sam recommended that we speak with someone who could truly provide value to the process because selling your home on your own can be risky if you aren't sure what you are doing, after all she said, it's your biggest investment. She felt like we just hadn't been exposed to the right agents that are beyond the worth of their commission percentage. Not only did she make this recommendation, but she actually went out screened and found someone for us to interview herself and now we fully understand the true value in having someone represent us on both the list and buy side. She by the way didn't have to do any of this. Sam goes above and beyond for both the people she knows and doesn't know, and truly cares about them. I know that there are lots of agents that make their commission their #1 priority, but trust me this isn't Sam. She will do the best to help you and your family. I think this is something that is rare about her and I hope that others appreciate her time as much as we do!
