I would highly recommend Mike, he was extremely responsive, professional and positive. Our situation was unique in that we found him after we found a house we wanted to purchase, but he was able to jump right in and be exactly the right realtor for us. I felt confident in the process with his help and it was a great experience for a first time home buyer. He always took the time to explain the process to us since we were first time home buyers, and I appreciated him walking us through it.He helped us get all of our paperwork together quickly and put in an offer on our dream house, which we were very fortunate to get, and I know it wouldn't have been possible without his help. He always responded to texts/calls/emails almost immediately, including in the evening during non-traditional working hours. He has good contacts, and set up the home inspection almost immediately after our offer was accepted. Overall a great experience.
