TOP NOTCH REALTOR... THE BEST! Recently used Tony as a buyers agent to find a home in Southern NH. I randomly called a couple agents, just based on their reviews. After looking at one house with Tony, I immediately felt extremely comfortable with him. I could instantly tell that he was truly trying to help me find the "right" home... and not just convince me to buy something so he could pick up a quick commission. I can't imaging someone doing a better job helping my family find a home. He was very knowledgeable about a wide variety of towns (services, schools, housing trends, history, etc.) and was also very helpful in evaluating pros/cons of each home we looked at (location, potential repairs needed currently or in the future, heat/plumbing systems). When you are not from an area, all of this info is invaluable. Closed on a house yesterday and the entire process couldn't have been smoother. He worked with all the involved parties (sellers agent, home inspectors, mortgage company, etc) to coordinate everything. Also made me feel comfortable that he had a strong sense of prevailing home valuations which made it easy to feel good about putting a bid on the house we wanted. If for some reason I ever need to sell, I would 100% call Tony.
