My husband and I have used Ms. Chalues Real Estate services off and on since 2007. We met Julie when we were selling our home in 2007. She is impressive!! She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, process, and takes great pride in servicing her customers. After our home sold in 2007, we also used Ms. Chalue to help us find our next home. One of the many things I love about Julie is that she really gets to know her customers on a personal level and I truly believe this is what sets her apart from other professionals in her field. With Julies help we found a wonderful home to raise our sons in. She helped us through the somewhat difficult closing with her outstanding negotiation skills! In the spring of 2017, we reached out to Ms. Chalue again to help us sell our home of 10 years. Julie was wonderful yet again, knowledgeable about the current housing market and assisted us in finding the right house price for our home sale. WOW, is all I can say. Within 3 days of our home going up for sale we had a full price offer. Wait! It gets better, my husband and I decided now that our sons are grown, we were going to move to Florida. Imagine how stressful preparing your home for sale, packing up everything you owned for 30 years, and planning a move all around the closing of our home was. Not a worry! Julie has it all together, she responded to every issue and concern with the utmost professionalism. We would not be able to do what we always dreamed of doing without her help. We are even more blessed that we found a new friend in the process.
