Dino sold us our first home and it was a wonderful experience! We had a different realtor before him and when we switched to Dino it was night and day. He was more than willing to answer all of our questions and address our worries and concerns. He always answered his phone and responded to texts! His experience shines through his wealth of knowledge about the area, the kinds of homes, their construction, values, plus and minuses of what's in the home and the buying process itself. He was very thorough and we truely felt like he was on our side. We could finally breathe and feel good about our choices because he tailored the list of properties to our exact wants and needs and we never felt pressured! We found our little nook and we are more than happy! Although warm and personable he maintained extreme professionalism. I will DEFINITLY use Dino again for our future home buying experiences and certainly recommend anyone and everyone to use his service!

After we tried several other agents and brokers this year and did not find what we wanted a friend recommended Derek as an agent and John an associate of Derek's as a mortgage broker. Derek and John were able to help us finally after several agents and brokers and six months of frustration right when we were about to give up and sign another lease. Derek provided us with several listings in our area that fit exactly what we were looking for and on our first outing many of the houses that he showed us were several that we really wanted to see, this showed us that he was really in tune with what we had described to him.When we first met Derek he was professional both the way he treated us and the way he presented himself, he was eager to help us and we didnt not feel rushed or like he was distracted trying to bounce to the next client. Derek always responded right away day or night when we had questions or requests and never seemed bothered or upset throughout the entire process. Derek patiently guided us during our home buying experience, after we put our offer in Derek made sure that we knew exactly what was going on. We would highly recommend Derek and have to co-workers and friends that are looking to buy and want a serious committed personable agent. We appreciate everything that he and his associates have done.
