My husband and I recently purchased a home in Fernley, Nevada. Initially, I was concerned about how difficult this would be in light of the fact that we currently live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Because of Michelles expertise and willingness to accomodate us, the entire transaction was a breeze. Michelle stayed in constant contact with us, provided answers to all of our questions and even took time out of her personal time during the holiday season to make sure everything was taken care of. We really appreciated the time she spent with us and the information she provided about Fernley. This info was very helpful to us in making our decision to buy. Amazing! Michelle was recommended to us by a friend of mine at work when we were first in the market to buy in Fernley. She was fantastic at accommodating our busy schedule, meeting us late in the evenings, and was very professional. With her help, we ended up buying a house we loved and feeling great about the entire home buying process. Fast forward three years, and due to unanticipated military orders my family moved yet again. We rented the house for six months and then decided to sell. Selling a house in NV while living in FL sounded daunting but Michelle made the process unbelievably easy. She was, yet again, amazing.
