My husband and I recently closed on our first home. Cory was spectacular during the entire process. We cannot praise Cory enough. He will find you your dream home and will support you throughout the entire process.Cory is very knowledgeable of the inventory in the area. For reference, our house search was limited to New Fairfield and Ridgefield. Cory immediately notified us if a new house hit the market. We found that pictures online can be very deceiving. Cory was always able to tell us additional information about properties. He could rattle off information regarding shared road maintenance, quality of construction, upgrades completed since the last time a house was on the market, and room layout. Cory always presents the facts and let you form your own opinion. We never felt pressure to sway one way or the other. We were impressed with Cory during the house hunting phase, but we were absolutely floored when he managed to outdo himself once we had selected a house to make an offer on. He was always available via text or phone to answer our questions, big or small. We both work and could not devote our entire day to researching home inspectors, attorneys, oil companies, or insurance agents. We could text Cory and immediately receive a small list of the best of the best professionals in the area. Being first time home buyers we occasionally needed reassurance that we were doing everything correctly and werent letting anything fall through the cracks. Cory was always there for us. Corys support did not end on the day that we closed on our house. We moved in December and ended up having some questions about the heating system. Anyone who has moved in the middle of cold spell knows that the cold presents a unique set of challenges. Cory reached out to the sellers agent and got us the information we needed to prepare the house the winter.
