From the first call to closing the deal, Art provided market insights, sound advice, and most importantly emotional support and incredible patience to help us get the best deal possible. I'd consider Art to be the perfect agent in all aspects. He is honest and to the point, he took time to understand what we were looking for, and he was sensitive to our needs and the most important aspect of Art is that he never once pushed us to move to other opportunities for sake of closing a deal. When we narrowed down the search and found our dream home, Art went above and beyond to negotiate the best deal possible. Art dedicated himself to ensure a seamless, stress freeprocess through out the negotiation process. He provided great advise on recommendation on timing of counter offers which later on proved to be wise and a pivotal to closing the deal. Art was extremely responsive and always reachable within minutes of a text or a phone call. After the sale closed, we were impressed by Art's effort to check in and help us transition into our property. Art came by one morning to help me remove old pendant lighting from the ceiling. I don't know of too many realtors who would take time from their busy schedule to help a buyer with remodeling work. This speaks volumes on Art's character and who he is. If we are ever to sell our house Art will be the agent. I highly recommend Art to anyone looking for a hard working, knowledgably, honest, to the point and communicative realtor.
