Matt and Ginny Barker are the best kinds of realtors (although I have used them exclusively since moving back to my hometown in 2001, so my comparisons are outdated). I like them better than the realtors I see on the house-hunting shows, though!They understand what my family needs to have in a house, and they have the vision to see beyond the obvious. Ginnys wonderful at picking up on subtleties so she often will send a new listing to me with notes on what she sees in it that matches up with what my family needs. Several times, she has found the right house in the exact instant we needed--and gotten there before anyone else. Her assessment of how our needs mesh with neighborhoods and pricing and value have been spot on. Shes encouraging, supportive, and calm in the often difficult process of finding the right house and negotiating for it.Matt, on the other hand, simplifies the often complex process of selling a house! He is great at distilling huge amounts of information down to where we werent overwhelmed by each decision along the way. He too is able to encourage and support the selling of a much-loved home, and to keep us calm along the way! We are so grateful for what Matt and Ginny have done for us, and we plan to use them if we ever again need to sell our beloved home and find a new house to love.
