Ann was extremely professional throughout the entire house purchasing process. Our offer wasnt originally accepted ( we were the second offer at the same price, and sellers went with the first person to present the offer) She was persistent and followed up very regularly on how that deal was progress. After months of following up, the deal fell though and Ann was able to secure it for us. I never thought it would happen, but Ann kept us at the top of the sellers mind in case anything didnt work out. In addition, she was always available, very responsive, and highly knowledgeable in many different areas (structures, taxes, vendors, processes etc.) She guided us the entire way and she made us feel like a VIP client. Finally, we really felt like she had our best interest at heart. We highly recommend Ann Stetner.
