Working with Rick was the BEST experience my husband and I have ever had. We were first time home buyers, with absolutely no knowledge of anything about buying a home. I posted a post on Facebook asking for any information on how you buy a home, and within minutes Rick sent me an outline of the process, the things we would need, and all the steps we would follow. He was so polite and professional. He just wanted to help educate me, without actually having picked him as our realtor. We then had about a 30 minutes phone call where he answered all my questions and reassured me that "It's ok that I didn't have the knowledge, and that is what he was there for!" It made a very overwhelming process seem so easy. Within a week we were looking at 2 homes. The first home we looked at we were in LOVE with. We had an offer accepted within 48 hours! Throughout the entire process Rick was there for me to act questions, via email, phone, or text!
