My wife and I heard about Rick through one of our friends who had recommended him highly so we decided to shoot him an email. Even though Rick was on vacation when we first messaged him, he put it on pause in order to get us some super helpful information about the area and what he does as a buyers agent. From the beginning it was clear that Rick was fully dedicated to getting us into the best home for US. Rick has a plethora of knowledge about the Omaha area and helped us find the best fit for us and our future goals! No matter what area you are interested in (Omaha, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Shadow Lake, etc.) Rick will be able to answer any question you have. While the current market was somewhat discouraging (houses selling for way over asking price) Rick gave us the knowledge and support that we needed to stay motivated and continue in our house hunt. Looking at homes with Rick never felt like work, it was always very laid back, informative, and fun! Rick wont sugar coat anything, if the house is priced well, he will let you know, if there are concerns that he has about a property or price, he will be very honest about it. For my wife and I, the circumstances were somewhat different because we were looking for a VA loan and a quick close. In the end, Rick used his connections with a local bank to get us an insanely low rate for a VA loan and in the end, we found an amazing ranch style home for an awesome price and closed in 38 days. If it wasnt for Ricks quick action and negotiating skills, we believe that we would have easily paid 10-30K more than we did! My wife and I are now in the perfect neighborhood with an amazing view and have a 7 minute drive to work. As if Rick already wasnt great enough of an agent, even after closing on the house, he has offered to lend us his truck in order to move furniture. He has also offered to come help us around the house with things like moving in and setting up our sprinkler system! If you are looking to buy around Omaha, Rick is the perfect agent to work with.
