Andy is simply amazing at what he does. It was my first time purchasing a home and Andy was a tremendous help in every step of the process. He is very knowledgeable and very good at communicating his knowledge and experience in an easy-to-understand manner. Because of his advice, I was able to make informed decisions throughout the buying process. Andy is also very honest, patient and does his best for his clients. As a first-time buyer, I was very picky and my criteria kept changing as I continued browsing through more houses. He never complained and gladly helped me to find the ones that met my every-changing criteria. I also had a very difficult request to ask of the sellers. I knew that it was not that likely that the sellers would accept it, but he still gladly volunteered to help me put in the request. Andy was very transparent and honest about the process and did his very best to advocate for my interests. He was very responsive the whole time and worked very diligently even when he was out of country to help me close the deal. Everything went super smoothly and I'm a happy home owner now because of all the hard work that Andy put in. I strongly recommend Andy to anyone who's trying to sell/purchase a home. You could not possibly ask for a better advocate than Andy.

Andy Kim helped us sell our home where we had lived for 10 years and made many great memories. Andy is very knowledgeable in the real estate market in DMV area (DC/Maryland/Virginia). We already moved to a new home in late October and initially planned on putting the home in early March when real estate transactions typically pick up. Andy advised us to renovate a few key areas including bathrooms and put it on the market in December. Andy knew that there was generally a sudden increase in real estate transactions in the last 2-3 weeks of December in the DMV area. We put it on the market in December, as Andy advised, and the house was sold the very NEXT DAY! Andy also helped us set the right market price for the house. Our house was unique - a large single story house with open floor plan on a large flat lot (.66 acre) in a great school district. There was little to no comparable house sales in the areas. My wife wanted to have a higher selling price, due to her emotional attachment to the house and a rare large flat lot in the area. Andy listened to my wife and worked with her to come up with the final listing price, which was a little lower than what she wanted initially but higher than I was expecting. Setting the right listing price with Andy's help was another major reason for the house to be sold in one day. I highly recommend Andy Kim to those who are either selling or buying a house in the DMV area. I would definitely work with Andy Kim again for my next real estate needs

I strongly believe that Mr. Andy Kim is the best real estate agent in Northern Virginia area. As a new homebuyer, both my wife and I really appreciated his patience in guiding us through our first home buying process. Mr. Andy Kim was always available to show us properties and to answer any of our questions and concerns. His knowledge and people skills were impressive, and his work ethic was extremely appreciated. Although we were being picky and specific, he never made us feel like we were bothering him, especially when we had questions. He made our concerns his top priority and worked tirelessly to help us get the house we wanted. He helped us see the ups and downs of each houses and shared his knowledge on things that we might not have known or noticed. When we finally found the right home, Mr. Andy Kim literally took care of everything. He made sure we put in a solid offer, and once under contract, he took care of every tiny detail of the back and forth (all the extensive amount of contracting works). He also said to feel free to stay in touch and keep asking him questions even though we are done with the home buying process, and we did a few times already so far! Mr. Andy Kim is continuing to be extremely responsive and helpful even though we had already finished buying the home. He still is approachable and knowledgeable with strong sense of ownership, pride, professionalism and energy to bring our best interests.
