I strongly believe that Mr. Andy Kim is the best real estate agent in Northern Virginia area. As a new homebuyer, both my wife and I really appreciated his patience in guiding us through our first home buying process. Mr. Andy Kim was always available to show us properties and to answer any of our questions and concerns. His knowledge and people skills were impressive, and his work ethic was extremely appreciated. Although we were being picky and specific, he never made us feel like we were bothering him, especially when we had questions. He made our concerns his top priority and worked tirelessly to help us get the house we wanted. He helped us see the ups and downs of each houses and shared his knowledge on things that we might not have known or noticed. When we finally found the right home, Mr. Andy Kim literally took care of everything. He made sure we put in a solid offer, and once under contract, he took care of every tiny detail of the back and forth (all the extensive amount of contracting works). He also said to feel free to stay in touch and keep asking him questions even though we are done with the home buying process, and we did a few times already so far!
