My Wife and I met Mac when we decided to look at a house on a whim. We were impressed with him after one conversation. He is easy to talk with, personable and has a great deal of knowledge on all aspects of the selling/buying process. He helped us sell our home by guiding us to accept the right offer for our specific needs. He was great through the buying process and used his knowledge to guide us through a very competitive market. Mac is a great communicator and was very flexible with his time to meet our needs with showings, contract signings and quick questions. One thing which impressed us was Mac would not let us settle for any house. He was patient and stayed the course until we found the right house. This is incredibly important when buying in a hot market. I would recommend Mac to any new or experienced homebuyer. This is our third home we have purchased in our life and Mac, by far, is the best real estate agent we ever had.

First time home buying can be a daunting experience. Finding a good lender, find an agent who will put your interest above his/her, getting through the process, understanding the terms and conditions, getting answers to all those questions... it was a journey for me and my wife. I read reviews for local agents in my area (Tumwater/Lacey/Olympia) and just like everyone I had my doubts. But once I connected with Mac, all the pieces fell into their places. He guided us through the entire journey, was prompt to answering calls/texts/emails any time of the day, was patient with us throughout the process and helped us land our dream home. His expertise and his negotiation skills were exceptional. I highly recommend considering Mac because he wont find you just a house, he will help you find your next home.

Working with Mac was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. We were very picky on what we wanted for a home. We were new to the area, had a limited time frame, and my husband was only in town for two week stretches therefore, we needed to work quickly. Mac pushed hard for us! He had our best interest at heart and it showed. He tuned in to what was important to us and spent countless hours working to find the right home in the right location. (We did not know the area at all and heavily depended on him to guide us). He would find us homes, and if we liked them would have them lined up immediately so we could be the first to look at them. He was always by our side and gave us honest feedback and we appreciate that! He truly cared about us! He fought for us and made sure we were taken care of through the entire process. We are lucky we had the opportunity to work with him. Mac?s personality was one of the best parts! He made the process fun. (I hate house hunting) Even when I was burnt out or my husband and I didn?t see eye to eye he always regrouped us and we pushed on! We will miss Mac now that we have our dream home but he knows our home is always open for him and his beautiful family anytime! I highly recommend Mac. He is amazing and we were very fortunate we had the chance to work with him. 5 stars are not high enough for Mac!
